In-person classes starting in August

We are happy to announce that we will be offering in-person classes starting in August. We ask that you bring your own mat, bolster, blanket, water or anything else you may want for your practice. No studio props will be available. If this is your first class bring a yoga mat and a small blanket that can be used as a meditation cushion. Don't forget your mask. Mats will be 6' apart and masks will be required when students are off their mats. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
